Moe's Tavern opening day review & Drink Info

I've no issue with the idea of calorie-free, sufar free, artificially sweetened drinks. I suspect there are quite a few diabetics who go through the parks, and naturally sweetened drinks just aren't an option for some of them. Sugar is sugar, whether it's natural or not.

This gives people like my father the opportunity to partake in the experience while not compromising their health.

And I've got to say, the Flaming Moe sounds great!! I definitely want to try one.

Is Moe's Tavern open during the evenings (aka, while Halloween Horror Nights is happening)? I'd love to be able to experience this, but we aren't doing the parks during the day this year. So if they aren't, I'll have to wait until 2014 to check this out.

I don't have a problem with offering them either. I totally think it's great for the group of people that can't have suger. I personally can't stand the taste of fake sugars and I was disappointed that every non alcoholic drink is sweetened with artificial sugars.

Nice review. Thank you! Definitely see a Buzz cola, Flaming Moe and a Duff beer in my beverage intake this coming trip.:goodvibes

I cant wait to try a flaming moe :) Im not a beer fan, so ill just try a bit of my bfs duff which he will no doubt get.

That's the problem. Non-diabetics like drinks also.

Thanks for the review. I'm looking forward to the pictures. And it is a bummer that they repainted Barney's glass. Hopefully, someone comes to their senses and repaints the glass back to what it should be.

Barney is a recovering alcoholic. He has been for MANY seasons and is often seen drinking coffee at Moe's.
While he does fall of the wagon sometimes (when convenient for the storyline/joke) the painting of the glass is actually more in tune with the show then not.
