Mods?

Hey there, sorry to be a bother.

I was just curious as to who would I speak to about a moderator issue/question?

It's mainly a concern on the college board. My concern is that there's quite a few threads (including helpful sticky threads) that have gone out of date due to inactivity or whatnot. Do these just continue to stay locked? I know a question thread is needed for the sub-forum.

Also, a couple other threads are useful as well that could possibly be stickied.
