I believe Disney asked that it not be given out anymore. Besides you were just banned for two hours, not forever. And I highly doubt he's working on a Sunday night, so even if you emailed him he probably wouldn't see it until tomorrow. I think it took a day or two before the other person (who was actually banned for 10 years) was unbanned.

If you bug him over the little things, he's less likely to read messages about important stuff.
