this also happened to me! someone helped me and now i'll help you! just go to https://secure.disney.go.com/disney..._US/help/detail?name=MyVacationHelpDetailPage . just put in your vmk name and password.... darn! i forget the rest!!!! i will pm you if i figure it out.... there is a way to see your profile........ it has the fake birthdate!
