Modifying Room Only reservation...

Hi All,

My husband and I both received the "Monster" 40% pin code that must be booked by July 10. I really want to take advantage of this great offer, but am having trouble getting family to commit to going. When you book you need the names of all guests, correct? I am wondering what would happen if we booked two rooms but then only needed one or if one member of a reserved room decided not to go. Can this be done with a room only reservation? And, for that matter, could we add a person as the date of the trip got closer? My family is notorious for planning trips last minute. Thanks for your help!

Generally, you can modify a room-only reservation. There won't be a problem if you cancel the room within the cancellation period (5 days before arrival). And guests in the room can change as well, as long as it's not the primary person on the reservation stays the same.
