We are paid in full, less than 30days to check-in. Considering postponing to 2022 (covid). I understand that there is a $50 change fee. Once we move our package to 2022 and are more than 30days of the NEW 2022 checkin date.....what happens if we need to change or modify something again? Another $50 fee or NO because we not within 30days of the new checkin date?

What happens if we need to cancel the new 2022 date(moved from 2021 for the $50 fee) more than 30days before checkin?

Thanks....weighing all options during this crazy time!

I am not 100% sure about modifying but couldn't you just cancel that reservation get the refund and book a new one? Should be no fees.

I could....I was thinking the modifying the current one for $50 would save me the $200 cancel fee. But maybe it's not worth the hassle

First of all, if the price goes up with the change, they almost never charge the fee. Second, they often waive the fee anyway, especially right now. I had to move back our dates (we were supposed to head down tomorrow), because DD has a terrible cold and they waved the fee even though the price dropped considerably (had to switch from CR to CSR due to availability).

You only get charged the fee once as long as you aren't changing again within 30 days.

As for cancelling, the only rules that apply are the normal ones. Having changed your dates once does not mean you will automatically get charged again.

THANK YOU! This is VERY helpful and reassuring!
