Modifying online

Has anyone been successful at modifying a cruise online, for anything other than a stateroom change, since the new site came online? Looking at moving my current November cruise to a different date, which you used to be able to do online, but do not see that option now.

I believe to actually change the cruise date, you need to call DCL now.

That's too bad. It was nice to be able to look at the price changes without taking up a CM's time.

I've always booked directly with DCL. But now that I can't even modify anything but stateroom and/or category and dining time, I don't feel like it's convenient at all. I will use a TA from now on.

That one, I'm pretty sure you need to call on. I think that had to be an actual phone call under the "old" system as well.

agree!!! I prefer the convenience of doing everything online, especially since the quality of the agent is totally random. none are bad but some are a LOT better than others.
