Modifying number of adults question.

I was wondering if I book a room for 4 adults and one child with free dinning and something happens and I have to remove two adults and the child but keep the same dates will I be penalized? My daughter's family wants to go with us but not sure until closer to Nov. as to whether they will get to go. I wanted to make sure they would get free dinning with us by booking for everyone instead of waiting and trying to add them on later. Or should I wait till I know they are coming and call to add them onto my reservation?

Outside of the PIF date you should not hit any penalties.
