We originally were going to spend a week at AKL, but I later found out that there still were AAA rates available at the GF for Lagoon view (Garden view AAA rates sold out long ago). So I added four days at GF, and asked CRO to change my AKL reservation to only the first three days. Big mistake...

When my confirmation letters arrived today, the four days at GF were correct, but the three days at AKL they kept on my ressie were three of the four days we were booked for the AKL!

Of course, I panicked and immediately called CRO since we leave in less than two weeks! Spoke to a really nice guy (forgot his name!) and he eventually got it all straightened out with the help of his manager -- including getting the AKL ressies back on the AAA (which apparently were all gone by this point). Thanks to Mr. I-forgot-your-name? and his boss for making this right! :D

The moral of the story is, you may be better off booking new reservations and cancelling the old ones than changing existing reservations. Either way, check those reservation letters closely as soon as they arrive!!!!

Had similiar troulble. Booked 6 nights at AKL and then called backed later to ask for quote on what it would cost to get the silver plan added. A week later get confirmation for silver plan added in even though I said I didn't want it. Took threee more times of calling them to finally get it straightened out.

Thanks for the warning, I am opening mine as I type.....lol!
