I have a reservation for four people during free dining. The package payment is coming due and one of the people may not be able to come. I was wondering what people have done in this situation.
Is it better to pay for all four now and try to remove one person from the reservation later? Or is is better to pay for all four now and try to add him back later if he can come?
If I cancel one person will it cancel the rest of the reservation? I already made ADR's with four people, so will removing one member of the party from the package cancel the ADR's?
If you pay for the full package (assuming everyone goes) and then someone is unable to come at the last minute, what happens to their ticket? Can it be saved for later or does it expire at the same time as the other tickets on the package?
