Modifications and Cahnges Without Calling

Hi everyone, does anyone know if there’s a way to contact Disneyland Paris reservations to modify or cancel a booking without making an international call? Perhaps a live chat or toll-free number? I’m in the United States, so international charges are a concern.

I was disappointed to see afrer booking that making modifications, like adding extras, requires either a phone call or paying the balance in full immediately. Even cancellations seem to require a a call.

Aftet booking from the US site I'm reading you can book cheaper using the UK or Ireland sites. I would like to rebook my reservation, but I'm not sure the best way to cancel my current reservation. Is there any downside to booking my trip from a different countries site?

Call WDW and ask them to redirect the call to DLP, it'll be free. Just be aware of the time difference, so call in the morning.

No problem booking from another country website, nothing is shipped home, everything is via email.

Check your cell phone plan. We are with T-Mobile and we had state side international calling already included so I was able to make a call to them with no issues or extra fees

Wanted to update incase anyone is wondering. They helped me via Facebook Messenger. They were able to put in my cancelation request. I rebooked at the Irish rate and needed to cancel my US reservation.

I also read elsewhere people had luck emailing guest relations, but they replied i had to call.

I did try calling WDW first and asking to be transfered, but they told me the system wouldn't let them transfer international. I also looked into my options with Verizon, but didn't have to use it since Messenger worked. International to Canada and Mexico is included, but I could add another country for $10 a month. Otherwise it would have been $1.99 a minute.
