Wanting to spend 3 nights in early December. I have read the reviews but still undecided. "Mature Women" trip so no children. Will have a car. Only going to MK and Epcot. Would you choose the Carribean, Coronado or Port Orleans? THC

I love CSR for new updated rooms , food options , hot tub , quiet pools , grown up feel . If you are planning on going to Disney Springs often then maybe POFQ .

We have never stayed at CSR but love the Port Orleans resorts. We stayed at CBR in November and enjoyed it. We really liked the Skyliner. We were in a preferred room in Martinique and most of the time the mobile order for breakfast was so fast. We took the internal bus to the Skyliner station from the bus stop right there but there are ones in each area.

Another vote for CSR tower if it’s in the budget. Way more adult feel than the others and more of hotel feel than a motel feel due to the indoor hallways.

If that’s not in the budget my next vote is POFQ due to its compact size. While the CSR non-tower rooms are definitely nicer the walking can be a lot to me as it’s a huge resort.

Another CSR vote. I've never stayed in the tower but have stayed in standard rooms in Casitas and Cabanas. I go solo often and am a mature woman (65). Frankly, most of the time I can get a room at Dolphin or Swan for the same price as the tower. If I'm paying that much, I'm staying where I can walk to two parks. I have no problems with the standard rooms and I use Disney transportation. I do always have a car with me as I drive down from Georgia but I hate driving and like to have an adult beverage sometimes.

I've done all girls trips (no kids) and stayed in all 3 resorts and loves all trips. I don't think you can go wrong with any choice. I'd pick whichever has the best rates for your dates

Port Orleans: French Quarter, if ya can. Love the laid back vibe, small layout, views of the river, etc...

I would absolutely stay at POFQ. As a solo woman traveler pushing a half a century who has stayed at all of these resorts several times, I think that POFQ is the best moderate in terms of the actual resort qualities and location. And it has the bonus of being close to Disney Springs. CBR and CSR are really big and spread out. I would even stay at POR over either one of those.
