Moderate Resorts Closing??

My sweetie and I are staying at AKL in June and were planning on checking out Cornado Springs for some friends for a critique of the hotel. WE heard that their is a rumor that the moderates may be done away with in WDW, any truth to that? Appreciate all your info.

I've heard about the Port Orleans closing in parts during this slowdown, and maybe even converting to military use while the new Shades of Green is under construction.

I have reservations at Coronado springs for late MAy, so I don't think so. PO has been closed partially, though.
