models for AKV--when??

Has anyone heard when the model rooms will be ready? Will they be at AKL, or will they be at SSR?

We will be there in 2 weeks and would like to see them if available.

well in the past both places.

for VWL and BCV they were at BWV until they were at both.

so I am assuming that SSR will have AKV - oh I hope SHORTLY.....

what is taking so long?

If the rumor is true that points for AKV will go on sale to the public on March 1st, I'd expect the models to open right around that time.

I hope they are in place when we go down in June.

May and June will be probabaly be definite.

I am going in March - with my luck - they will open April 1 - of course since this is the beginning of some of their most crowded times - that may be the plan.

I don't have a date for the model rooms to be ready, but my guide told me that they would be at SSR.

I just asked my guide this question, and she said that "They are expecting an executive from the Imagineering department later this month to sign off on the rooms."

We are going March 11, and wondered if they would be open then. She thought that they would, unless they didn't get signoff.

As previously posted, They will be at SSR.

once AKV is up - I am expecting them at both.

they definitely did it with BCV and VWL - both at their resorts and BWV.

so I don't see it changing.

hey I was right - it took so long because someone didn't like 'em.....

I hope this time they get approved - really, really want to see them!!!
