As far as.... ? There's about 100 laws regarding modding, want me to name them all?

Each state has different ones... here in Georgia you'll get pulled over for something as simple as changing your tail lights. The easiest way not to get pulled over.... don't rice out your car. Keep it all under the hood.

nah just the ones cops hate the most
cause over he we have sound limits for exhausts and size limits and carbon fibre bonnets are banned here and u can't lower ur car further down than 3 inches and of course the main one sound systems
