Mobile ordering status

We’re going to be in the parks August 18 and 19. Is mobile ordering still required for counter service? Specifically:
French market
Ronto’s roasters and docking bay 7
Jolly holiday
Refreshment corner for pretzel
Pym’s kitchen

also, do you need to reserve real early still for the pineapple Dole whip? For lunch?

We did walk-up for Pym's Kitchen. They only had one cashier, so it was slow, but it was faster than the return time for mobile ordering (it was 30-40 minutes wait time for mobile ordering).

We did counter service for Jolly Holiday, but it was pretty late at night, almost closing, we walked up and got service quickly.

We mobile ordered from Pym’s, but it was not long before we wanted to eat. Quick and easy.

We put in an order for dole whips as we were finishing lunch at River Belle. We were able to select a window that enabled us to essentially walk over after lunch and grab them. We didn't need to order early in the day.

Thanks. I wonder if there are any quick service restaurants that only accept mobile orders. I hope not.
