Mobile ordering and changes

It seems like you can’t mobile order and ask, for example, no cheese/sauce on your burger (or anything of the like.)

Can you just NOT mobile order in the parks? Can you still go up to someone like the old-fashion way to order?

I ask because I am getting my gallbladder out and have a trip planned two weeks after. I need a no fat diet and this seems difficult without being able to ask for no cheese, no sauce, etc. They also do not have any really good nutritional information on the app when ordering.

Usually on the order screen there is a drop down that says customize your order. If you need to customize beyond those offered you usually can walk up and order.

On walking up, it depends on how busy of a place it is. The busier QS places have stupid-long waits (like Woody's Lunchbox at HS... 2 - 3 hour waits) at lunch time. Less-frequented ones aren't as bad, but I would look to use Mobile Ordering ahead of time to avoid frustration.
