Hi all,
Heading to the world tomorrow. My membership pass on my phone shows DVC Y. We just looked at my moms and hers just says DVC. I’m not sure if it’s because she has an older style iPhone? But she clearly qualifies because she was the original purchaser and we were added on later.
 
Have her go into MDE, update her info by removing her phone number and entering it back in. Then delete the digital pass from your phone and add it back in.

People have said that fixes it when it says just DVC Y

They have also updated the temporary card you can screenshot from the DVC website. She can do that if she can’t get it to work as those now show DVC Y as well.

Does she have her own DVC log in and MDE account?
MDE yes, but not a DVC login. We tried to set one up while we were at WDW this last week, but did not have an Activation code with us. I haven't had a chance to look through our paperwork yet, but before I do, does the "one time activation code" work more than once, or do we have to get another one?

looks like you answered your own question there. :) Just call member services and they'll give you one over the phone to set her up. Call when you're at a computer or device and are able to set up the account so the agent can stay on the line with you in case there's a problem.
