We are planning on being in Magic Kingdom and then paying again to go to MNSSHP. I know that Fastpasses aren't available during the party 7pm+ but wondering when Jack Skellington and Sally meet and greet starts (read it's as early as 5pm?) and wondering if we're in the park that day if we can get a Fastpass for this?

There are no fp's for Jack and Sally.

Yes they start at 5. No FP. Get in line as soon as you get your wrist band. The line gets LONG quickly.

I second the advice on getting in line as early as possible. We got in line at 5:30 and waited an hour and a half.

They start at 5 p.m. I got in line at 4:30 p.m, and I didn't see them until 6:25 p.m. The CM's said that the line is 3 hours wants it gets across the bridge. There are no fastpasses. Most people for the party will be coming in around 4 p.m, and I got my wristband at 3:40 p.m. So, people will probably be heading to get in line at 3:30 p.m. Maybe even earlier.

We had to leave a bit early one year during the fireworks. Jack and Sally are my daughter's absolute favorites. As we were leaving, they were just to our right (at the end of main street, I believe - my memory is sketchy there). The line was about 4 families deep! Needless to say, we got in line. They spent a good bit of time with my DD. It was one of my favorite memories of all time!!

There are no FP for party offerings, even if those offerings begin prior to 7

What time do 7 Dwarfs come out? What time should we get in line?

Reports have them coming out about 6:15. Their line doesn't seem to fill as quickly as Jack and Sally, but if they are important, get there earlier rather than later

thanks for info. just to be clear, so even if you are in Magic Kingdom on another day that also happens to be a MNSSHP night, and even though Jack & Sally and 7 Dwarfs are out before 7pm when you are kicked out of the park, you can not get a meet & greet without a party wristband?

Are there Fastpasses for 7 Dwarfs if they start before 7pm?

There are no fastpasses for rides, shows, or characters during parties. The Dwarfs start at 6. The line will be at least an hour before 5. Maybe even longer. Jack and Sally will reach up to 3 hours quickly.

Correct. AND even if they put out the MNSSHP Merchandise before 7 you can not purchase it unless you have a party band on.
