This will be our fourth year. Didn't dress up the first year, and have ever since. Two years ago our family of five (all adults now) dressed up from Peter Pan, last year we were from Wizard of Oz. My husband, who is not a dressing up type gets into it also. I make all of costumes. This year we have another family joining us as Snow White and the 7 dwarfs. Snow White is 3 y/o, the prince will be 9 months old, and the dwarfs are the 7 adults in the group. We also will be there the first week of October.

We are going to the MNSSHP on Oct.7th. We had such a great time last year we could not pass it up. We also bought our Christmas party tickets also. We can't wait

It appears I'm in the minority here. Both my husband and I prefer the Christmas party, as do my daughter and her family. We're going to both the Halloween & Christmas parties this year.

If you have the opportunity to go, you should GO!!! We love the MNSSHP. We too have done the Hlloween and Christmas Parties, and much prefer the Halloween party. Our favorite time of year anyway. Our anniversary is October 30. Some people go all out with costumes too. My DH has made other commitments this year for Halloween and I planned to surprise them with a long weekend. Oh well another time. Maybe Christmas time. Go you'll have a blast.

Some day we hope to make it. it looks like so much fun.. Can't take the 3 DS's out of school for that long... we could always leave them home alone, they're never know we were gone..
