We are looking to go in the fall or winter of this year, but have yet to decide.What is the MNSSHP like? Can you still be a part of it if you are staying off-site? How much are the tickets?

Anyone can buy MNSSHP tickets, onsite or not- check the Disney website for dates- the tickets vary depending on when purchased and for what night.
