My dad is at a conference in a couple weeks and he's got the go ahead from my mom to spend the money on a ticket for MNSSHP on Oct 14 (Thurs.)
So he's been reading the reviews on Allearsnet and is wondering should he go or not, because apparently the reviews are saying Thursdays are crowded.
Now, I haven't ever been to MNSSHP only MVMCP (lots of acronyms here today
) and I have not ever gone on a Thursday, only Sundays.
So Thursday attendees, chime in!
Dad wants to know the best place to eat on or after 5pm in MK AND on Main Street. Well, I know that Tony's is the only sitdown and frankly I don't think it's a great menu, and there's not much chance that he will get an outside seat, is there?
He probably will want to grab the first parade - not a late night guy. I know there's less crowds at the later parade but he won't make it that late.
He wants a good spot so that he can film the Headless Horseman - doesn't have to be on Main Street but we are thinking that would be some good film. So what's a good spot and how long will he have to stake it out?

Ummm let's see maybe a half hour or so ahead of time I would stake out a spot by Liberty Square or in front of Peco's Bill and get some great views as well as pictures! Hope this helps and tell him to have fun!
