MNSSHP - Too hot for a wig?

I'm going to my first (yay!) MNSSHP on Oct 12. For all you costumed veterans out there-- is it going to be too hot to be wearing a wig? My costume can go without, but it'd look cuter with. I'm worried about being all sweaty and itchy with the wig on if it's too hot, though.

Hi! I have been to several Halloween parties at Disney, mostly at the end of October and for me it is too hot to wear any type of mask, wig, or heavy material costumes there.

The night we were there last year it was 92 degrees and muggy. You might want to have an alternative if it's too hot, but maybe you'll be lucky and it won't be too bad. Have a great time!!

i am dressing as minnie mouse , my ds will be stitch with costume from disney shopping do you think we will be too hot .

I wore a long, black wig last year (I was Lilo). It was a bit warm but not unbearable. I would decide the night of.

Honestly that time of year is hard to predict. You're better off to plan on it being hot but, it could EASILY be perfect.

The year before last, it was pretty warm (not 92 degrees warm but, warm) and then last year, one day it was about 83 degrees and then the next day and the rest of our trip it never got above 70.

My dh was Jack Sparrow last year, with the hat w/the dreads. He was miserable!!! He said the rest of the costume may have been tolerable, if it weren't for the darn hat!
