it does. especially when its not showing on MDE. i'm hoping that once the system catches up, it will automatically send the confirmation.

I purchased my tickets for MNSSHP this morning and selected the print at home option. On the confirmation screen when my order was complete, IE froze and I had to shut my browser down. I logged back in and I see the tickets are linked in MDE but I don't see an option to print them. I did get a confirmation email and it says my tickets are attached to the email in a PDF but there was no attachment on the email. Has this happened to anyone else? Any way to print them without having to call and straighten it out?

How does it work if you purchase tickets through the WDW web site? Do they send you hard tickets or do they just link it to your MDE? I recall last year that some people on here had valid reasons not to link them to your MBs, but I don't recall what that was. Any issue with not having hard tickets and just on your MB?


I am confused about this too. Also had read not to link to MDE and bands but can't remember why! I would like to avoid using a park pass that day, and be able to use these tickets to get 3 FP's+ for between 4-7 that day. (In Advance) Is there any reason I can't do that If I link to MDE?

I'm having the same issue

I just called about it and they couldn't re-send the PDF file to me, so they had to cancel my order and re-book my tickets and they are mailing them to me. I had to re-link the new confirmation number they sent me in MDE. Seems like a complicated fix, and it defeats the purpose of printing at home. Whatever!

Not all nights have an advanced purchase discount if that's what you mean.
