MNSSHP tickets didn't come "on time"

hi! I ordered MNSSHP tickets a few weeks ago, selected home delivery and disney's estimated date for delivery was June 25th. We haven't gotten them and haven't been out of town or anything. Do they often run late? Do I just call the 407-W-Disney line? I tried MDE online and I can see the purchase but can't find shipping/tracking. Any ideas?

I wouldn't worry about it yet - it's still several months til the party so that's probably the reason they haven't shipped yet. I'd give it another week, then maybe call the Disney number you have above.

I would not worry about it, we ordered ours for the party this year and had them mailed to us. I too started to worry when they did not come. They did run pretty late. I want to say it was about about twelve days later than the estimated delivery date when they came. I would give it another week then maybe call then if they do not come.

Edit: On a side note, they did not come packaged how I thought they would. It was a very plain white envelope with no hoopla. I was expecting a little Disney-fication but nope. Sort of looked like how you get a new credit card or debit card in the mail.

I ordered my tickets for this year's party and they came within the prescribed time-frame. I might call just to make sure.

odd.. i ordered over the phone and linked them to bands, but i received them in the mail with a week

They're supposed to come in the mail?? I ordered mine the day they went on sale and haven't received anything. Should I be worried?

I ordered ours when they came available and received them quickly. There are options like print at home, will call or shipped. So maybe you chose not to have them shipped MarieKat.

I got mine through a travel agent- does that make a difference?

I ordered my Christmas party ticket several weeks ago and received it within a week. I would call and ask!

Some travel agents hold everything until your final documents come and give it all to you at one time, so that could be it.

Check your MDE account....we got our hard tickets in the mail about a week after I ordered them (in a plain looking white envelope as previously mentioned) but they showed up on the MDE tickets page within a day or two of when I purchased them. Since they are linked to the MB, it shouldn't matter if I have the hard tickets or not, I think.

I agree with the check on them advice. In the past we have received ours in a very timely manner. We ordered our MVMCP tickets and have already received those. So I would check. Far better to err on the side of caution...IMHO

I ordered my myself via a CM on the phone and the tickets arrived within the time frame she told me - probably about a week. (Once I received the tickets, I linked them in MDE. The CM recommended getting the actual tickets mailed to me to have as a keepsake and I'm glad I took her advice!)

This year and last year I ordered mine the day they became available and chose to ship to my house.. Both times they came exactly a week later. I would be just a tad concerned, but the good thing is you do have a while until the party so you'll be able to get them I'm sure well before that.

However, when we went to the party, they didn't show up on our bands. We spent 45 minutes waiting in a long line at guest services to get it straightened out. So this time I am taking my hard tickets with me, just in case!

Hmmm....that's a good point. I'd hate to have that happen, so I'll probably bring the tickets anyway. I carry my AP in my coin purse, so having the MNSSHP in there won't make a big difference, and could save some headaches if there is a problem.
