Ok - so last year we purchased MNSSHP tickets with our DVC discount, and I could have SWORN they sent me vouchers or hard-tickets in the mail.

Today I called MS and purchased tickets, and they said I have to go to MK guest relations with my reservation # to get my tickets.

No receipt in the mail? Just a number? :confused3 Sounded kinda strange to me???

Just wanted to make sure this was correct! :)

That's what we were told and did last year, except we got our tickets at OKW instead of guest relations.

I believe that the official policy for AP & DVC discounted special event tickets was always pickup at will call. Last year, some CMs allowed people to pay a shipping fee and were sent the actual tickets. I've always ordered mine from the passholder website so I was able to print out a confirmation to take to guest services to get my tickets.

Ok...sounds good.

Another question - I purchased 7 tickets, but actually only 4 of us are DVC members - the others are my parents and other brother who are all staying with us on the trip. They won't each have to produce a DVC card, will they? I can just pick up all 7 with mine, right?

Only the member that purchased the tickets needs to show the membership card.

You are correct, last year the CM's were confused. We were told that we had to pick up at Will Call. When we tried, we were told that they had mailed them by mistake. We had never received them and it took 20 minutes to get replacement tickets.

I ordered my tickets today for October 6th (first MNSSHP for me! so excited) and she asked me if I wanted them at will call or for $4.00 shipping they could be mailed. I chose the shipping so that I will have them ahead of time.

Huh....did you order them through MS? I would have preferred them to be sent to me, but the CM that I spoke to said she couldn't do it.

I ordered mine yesterday and they said they would arrive in 7-10 days. I didn't go through member services. I tried there first and they were closed so I just called 407-WDISNEY and did it that way. They said they could give me the DVC discount and didn't even ask for my DVC number (they did ask for my home phone when I'm started so maybe it's linked). The total for my 4 adult tickets was $208.76. Which is about $52 each including tax.

I tried to call Disney directly and was told the hold was 30 mins. Called MS and I got right through. I was given the choice for delivery or will call. I chose will call. One less thing for me to lose.

Yes....I called MS to order the tickets. :confused3 I thought that was the only way to get the discount because I never ordered them before.

Can they be ordered online somehow? I've gone twice, but I don't remember.

I couldn't find anyplace to order them online...although I didn't look too hard either! :rotfl:
I remember a few years back for the PNP I was able to order them online. Then again, I don't mind being put on hold when I call to hear the Disney music! :lmao:

I've always ordered mine online from the passholder website. They are not yet available there this year. I'm not concerned as the dates we would be attending are not going to sell out.

Discounted MNSSHP & MVMCP Party tickets are now available on-line. From the member website, follow the links like you are going to purchase a DVC Discounted AP. Under 'Browse Available Tickets' select Special Events.

I ordered mine for Oct.31 last night through 407-DISNEY, and was told I couldn't pick them up at "will call", and because I am from Canada, my only option was to pay express post $14---yes, $14(US, for me about $16.50) to mail 4 paper tickets in an envelope, that I don't even need for 51/2 months:scared1::scared1:::mad::headache:
Total for 4 adult tickets, with shipping around $342(canadian)--man, that better be some good candy;)
