MNSSHP Ticket Question

Hi.

We're going to MNSSHP on Oct. 2nd, 2006. Friends of ours also booked a trip with us and have already bought their tickets to the Halloween party. BUT, my friend's boss is giving him a really hard time about taking time off and they may not be able to go. We have not picked up the tickets - we placed them at will-call.

Are there any circumstances that you know of where someone was given their money back for these hard ticket events? We got our money back for the tickets in October 2001 - but I think A LOT of people cancelled trips at that time.

Just wondering if you've known of Disney being lenient about this policy.

You should be able to get a refund on these tickets since they are at will call if you cancel early enough.

Every year when I order my tickets I double check on this and this is what I've been told each year.
