MNSSHP Things to do in what order?

Hi this will be our first MNSSHP and I was wondering if in what order is it best to do certain things, like trick or treat, character greeting, or the photo ops. And also which ones to do first and what to save for later in evening. eg: when we went to P&P party we did Captain Jack Sparrow first ( glad we did as lines were crazy all night) also does anyone have a map or know where the hidden trick or treat spots are that are not on the map?

I was there last year, and the first thing you should do if you are there at 7pm, is get a parade spot. Then after the parade do the Villains Mix And Mingle [ask the CM, as they only see people at selected shows] after that watch the Happy HalloWishes. After that go to Fantasyland to see the dwarfs. Then go to Toontown as most people are going to the secondth parade.

*If everyone thinks that the 2nd parade is less crowded, it won't be for long!

I agree, I think that you should try to ride the rides and then see the 2nd parade and then the fireworks. there are lots of charaters and trick and treating spots. Its a great time. Have fun!!!

IAfter that go to Fantasyland to see the dwarfs.

Where in Fantasyland can you find the dwarves? We went two years ago, and we did walk by Snow White's ride and didn't see them.

Just a word of advice, if you don't mind missing a parade or the fireworks. It's a good time to ride. In 2006, we got an EMPTY POTC ride & it was awesome. Of course it was at the expense of the missing the fireworks(which are great btw)

MNSSHP is a great experience(this will be my 3rd year in a row & i'm going to 2 parties on this trip) so I know you'll have a great time regardless what you do.

Don't miss the parades & go ahead & trick or treat. You'll be glad you did & of course have a magical vacation

Oh yea, to answer the original questrion.....you can find the 7 Dwarfs across from Mrs. Potts' Cupboard.

Thank you also for the list! I was at a party back in 06 and saw a few of the rarer characters (Mr. Walrus, the Tweedles, etc) but it was purely by accident. Now when DH and I go in Sept we can keep our eyes out for them.

Last year the step sisters and Cinderella's step mother were in Belle's story time area.

Also, I'm not so sure the second parade was any less crowded than the first. We watched the first and then saw the beginning of the second one.

I may have to subscribe to touring plans..... I don't remember riding a whole lot when we went last year. We did see characters and trick or treated. We also were photographed in front of Cinderella's coach. And we watched the villians show. Between fireworks, parade and villians show, that eats up a lot of time.

I wonder why Br'er Bear and Br'er Rabbit wouldn't be at Splash Mtn????

This will be our first MNSSHP and I am SO excited!! We were in WDW last year during the fall and almost bought tix for our first night. I'm so glad we didn't because there was a nasty storm with tornadoes in the area and I believe the party was cancelled. Fingers crossed for perfect weather this year!!!
