Just wondering if they provide a bag for trick-or-treating at MNSSHP or if you need to bring your own. We've never been before and will be going for the first time this year on my birthday so we're very excited! TIA!

They do give you a bag upon entry; but I've heard they tend to be smaller in size. I've seen pictures of kids getting just as much candy there as when they trick or treat at home lol.

They do provide a bag, but it's just a little one. If you plan to go to all the trick or treat stations, and get lots of candy I'd recommend buying one of the bigger trick or treat bags that Disney sells or you can just bring a plastic grocery bag.

They provide a smallish plastic bag. I'd bring your own. Last year we had handles rip...

The bags last year were too small for our liking. DH bought a trick or treat bag at the park. It was perfect. It lights up and is the size of the reusable grocery bags. We still use it for everything day to day now :)

The bags last year ripped right when I tried to open them up, or at least 2 out of the 4 we got. Luckily we brought a backpack to throw the candy in after every station. The kids would walk up with their bags, get their candy, and then dump it into the backpack. Made it easier to lug around.

It's a plastic bag with handles about the size of a lunch bag. Dimensions are: 9" tall, x 7" wide across the front x 3" deep front to back. We have a larger tote bag that we use to carry the candy because the little bags fill up pretty quickly. We also tend to wait until closer to the end of the party to trick or treat so we won't have to carry the candy all evening.

I had Tinkerbell leave a special Disney tote bag I had gotten on sale at the Disney store when they got up from their naps. They got way too much candy and we helped them eat it during down times at the resort. You will have so much fun.

Oh, I'm so glad I found this! I haven't been to MNSSHP since 1995, and I'm going this October and had NO idea what to expect! Yay! :goodvibes
