MNSSHP Question

This is the first time for us to go to the MNSSHP. What time are you allowed to enter the park.

I am not sure...but I THINK the park remains open and you can start to do things at 7 or 7:30 but I might be totally off
I ate dinner at tony's the night of mnsshp so I might have it all wrong
