MNSSHP Problem

I ordered MNSSHP tickets for the 6th and 13th, and they sent me tickets for the 11th. I called, and they said to send them back and they'll send me the right dates, but I'm leaving in a week, and don't think they'll be enough time to get the new ones. Can I have this taken care of when I get to Disney? I'm solo, so I can't use two tickets, and I have a Fantasmic ADR for the 11th, so I don't want to go to MNSSHP that night.

I had all my ADR's planned out to go along with my MNSSHP nights, and then Disney made a mistake with my tickets.
 
Did you call ticket research or WDW reservations? Here is the number for ticketing research: 407-566-4985. I ordered hoppers two years ago, then realized I needed more days. They had me send the bad ones back, they applied the difference to my CC and sent out the new tix, pronto. I would think that, provided that the days you need havent' sold out you should be able to exchange at the gate/guest services, especially if it's their glitch. Call them tomorrow morning and see what they say. Oh yeah, post your answer, I'm going on the 6th, tix are at will call (AP discounted). I am carrying all confirmation numbers with me too!
 
Call them back & tell them not to mail them but that you will do a will call. You can then pick them up at guest services at any theme park outside window.
