I know it's been said before, but for the benefit of the New Folks to the ticketed parties....

Be Sure to Check the Dates on Your Tickets!!!!

As soon as you get your tickets in the mail, be sure to turn them over & check that they are for the right age guest & for the right date. I have been to the ticketed parties 5 times & never had a problem. Sometimes I checked them, sometimes I didn't.... But after last year, when there were so many problems with MNSSHP, I made sure to check my MVMCP tickets today when they arrived.
Lo & Behold they have our 3 & 5 yo Grandsons going on the 4th with us & their Parents going on the 6th. Needless to say, this isn't a good idea....
Additional Warning - Disney isn't very Disney-Like on fixing their mistake either - They will NOT issue you the correct tickets until you send the wrong ones back. If you send them back with signature confirmation, you have to send them to a different address. Be sure to make copies of the backs of the tickets & your confirmation letter as that is your proof if they are lost in the mail.

Thanks for the advice. I checked the dates and also took copies of the tickets in case they get lost....

I called to check my date and it was wrong. It was will call so I told her to mail the correct one to me. It arrived,,,with the wrong date!
Was told to mail it back, and they would send the new one.

Am I the only person on this website who has never had a bit of trouble travelling or staying at Walt Disney World. I have never had a problem with airline reservations, never had a problem with my room reservations, and my MNSSHP tickets are the right dates. Every time I've talked to the people at reservations they have been helpfuland on the money with every bit of information. I admit I've ONLY been there six times, but I have never had a problem.

Well, I've been a dozen times without much of a hitch at all - But even Disney isn't perfect. (Blasphemy, I know) It seems that they have particular problems with Hard Ticketed Events.....

Glad you haven't had any problems personally - but they do happen & this is a Head's Up for people to check their tickets to avoid possible disappointment on the night of an event.....
