MNSSHP & MVMCP: anyone else doing both this year?

I hope you fellow Disers understand...I'm not gloating you guys, just feeling blessed and super excited!
I just booked a Dec. trip yesterday as an early Christmas surprise for my kids. This year will be our 1st MNSSHP (10/23) and our 2nd MVMCP (12/11) '97 was the first when they were babies!
Anyone else going to both this year?

Just checking in! As you know already, I'll be doing both for the first time this year!

This will be my 3rd MNSSHP and my 4th MVMCP!!

MNSSHP on October 2 and MVMCP on November 29 (my 40th birthday!)

I'm so excited and so very lucky! Thanks to a wonderful DH, low Jetblue airfare and free dining, we're doing both!!!

As my girls get older, it will be more difficult for them to miss school in the Fall so I want to get these parties in before I can't do them anymore!!

Happy Birthday! What a great way to celebrate 40!
My girls have a Friday and Monday off from school in Oct. so I jumped on the opportunity to go to WDW for a long weekend. In Dec., they have a 1/2 day on Friday and hubby and I are planning on picking them up from school, ask them what they want to do for the rest of the day...hey, let's go to Disney World! We're going straight to the airport from school!!! They will miss school on Monday, but hey they're great kids, never miss school, excellent students...I can't wait to surprise them!

We're going at Christmas but the last party is the 20th and my daughter's last day of school is the 21st so we'll miss it. Excited about being down there for the holidays though!

Hey us too!! We're going to MNSSHP 9/30 (my 2nd and my DH's and DD's first) and then MVMCP on 11/27 & 12/01 - which will be my parents first party, my DD's 3rd & 4th parties and mine and DH's 7th & 8th party. I'm so excited.....only 17 more days. Man it feels like forever

Yes - My time out of the world will be less than a month. Doing a quick trip 10/21-10/25 to do the HHN (10/22) and MNSSHP (10/23). Have to love the $110 r/t on Southwest and free room because my friend is going to a conference. I couldn't resist seeing the Halloween festivities in the parks. Annual passes burn holes in my wallet!

Going back for a nice relaxing week at the Hard Rock and Beach Club to do the Christmas stuff 11/25-12/2, most likely doing the MVMCP on 11/29.

PatriciaH & ktglads we'll be at MNSSHP the same night! Our family is wearing homemade Nightmare Before Christmas t-shirts.
I also got incredible airfares ($49 & $38 each way plus I had a SW credit to boot!) to make these trips happen! I love Southwest Dings!

Yeah! This is my our first MVMCP! It took a bit to convince DH that we should do it but I REALLY REALLY wanted to see the Christmas decorations in MK!

The decorations all over WDW are incredible! I didn't get to do it the last time I was there in Dec, but I'm planning on touring some of the resorts to see their displays. I'm arriving in the afternoon on the 9th and I'm planning on dinner at Kona Café then hit the monorail resorts and WL. Then on my EPCOT day I want to break and tour the resorts in that area.

We have planned a Dec. trip since last year and will be at MVMCP on 12/6!

Yes, We are doing MNSSHP on October 7th and again on October 28th. We will be at MVMCP on December 9th.

OOOHHH I am so jealous. I would love to do both. We are doing MVMCP on the 13th and then we are heading back in May for some surfing lessons at TL.
