My family is also affected by the new dining policies regarding 10 & 11 y.o.'s. I just thought that I would let you know that when we recieved our MNSSHP tickets in the mail today, they were attached to a sheet of information about the party and what to expect in the park, etc. Included toward the middle fo the page is:

"While you're enjoying Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, take time to treat yourself to a scrumptious family-style Not So Scary dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Prices are just $22.99 plus tax for adults and $10.99 for children ages 3-11. Also enjoy A la Cart Diner options at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. For more information or to make a priority seating, call (407) WDW-DINE."

Although we aren't eating at LTT, I hope this is helpful to some of you caught in a budget crunch with the new dining policy.

I would bring that paper with you. It was probably printed before the change. They sometimes do not update enclosed information in the mail. When I got my DDE card in March, it said to show the card with your Florida Resident ID!
