MNSSHP - Leave and come back?

I'm wondering if we enter the park at 3p on our MNSSHP tickets - could we leave the park and eat dinner at one of the nearby resorts, I'm thinking the Whispering Canyon Cafe at 5:30ish, and then come back for the rest of the party?? Trying to avoid buying a park hopper or day pass for this day too.

Just wondering if once you are in the park on the MNSSHP ticket - are you stuck in there?? ok, stuck is a bit harsh - but looking for a variety of other dining choices than what MK offers

You can not enter the park at 3pm on your MNSSH tickets. I think it's after 4 or 6 you can go in. Go in earlier and you have to use a regular park ticket.

the earliest you can enter MK with just a party ticket is 4pm, and that is always subject to change. But no earlier than 4p.Sorry

Even though you can start getting your wristbands at 4:00, MNSSHP "officially" starts as 7:00. As pp, you cannot use your hard ticket for entry until 4:00. Your 5:30 reservations will get you into the park in plenty of time. Party ends at midnight. You can leave and return during the night with your ticket and wristband. Being it's a hard ticket it would not be considered a park hopper so you can spend the day at another park and then go to MK.
