I'm considering getting tickets to MNSSHP but need opinions if a 10 & 13 year old boy would be bored? Is this geared more towards younger kids?

Are you talking about WDW? (MNSSHP is at MK.) Or do you mean Mickey's Halloween Party (MHP) at DL?
MHP is geared toward all ages, from toddlers to adults. We've taken guests in all age ranges and had lots of fun every time. What are your sons interested in? Most rides will be open, the Halloween Screams fireworks are amazing (one of the best shows Disney puts on), lots of candy (if that's an interest), and so much fun people watching. Some of the costumes are fabulous, and being able to wear costumes to DL is so much fun! If that doesn't sound like a good fit, then skipping MHP might be a good idea (DCA will be open for non-party guests). But otherwise, go for it!

Just thought I would add that my doesn't like dressing up, so he will be going as a Dalek from Dr Who. It is just a sweatshirt. It is a simple "costume" and helps him past that teen awkwardness.

I'm 19 and I still would like it. Especially the characters are dressed up

My daughter was 11 & my son was 13 on our last trip for a Halloween party. We've been a few times in the past for the parties & honestly they seem to have more fun as the years go on! They both dressed up & had a blast!

I took my son when he was 13, he dressed up as a hipster goofy and we had a great time together (I was in costume too). He's 17 now and we consider it one of our mom-son hilights!!

I think there is plenty for them to do! Even if they were not into all of the Halloween offerings they can still ride the rides! My 10 year old daughter still gets just as excited about the party as she did when she was 7!
