MNSSHP FastPass?

I haven't used FP+ yet so I have no idea what it even looks like when booking. I'm going to have MNSSHP tickets for Friday night and 1 day park-hopper for Saturday. Will I be able to specify which FP+ for each ticket? Or should I wait to add my park-hopper until after I book my MNSSHP passes?

To be honest I'd like to get in to see Anna and Elsa since I will be wearing an Elsa costume and wanted some pics with them. We usually don't do many rides during the party.

Good luck! i will be the one dressed as Anna :goodvibes and my DD6 as HRH Elsa. Was thinking of a fast pass for that evening also. We have a 14 days ultimate Disney ticket, not bought my MHSSHP ticket just yet (hoping to buy for 30th Oct) but when I do they will be all on MDE so i will have to see what I can book nearer the time.

If they had any intention of using FP during hard ticket events, I think they would have done so in the last few years with the princesses in Town Square Theater (equipped with FP during the day). Flynn has been with Rapunzel and really packs in the crowds. But alas, no FP.

I purchased our MNSSHP tix today (discounted DVC) online. Usually, I call member services and receive a 'will-call' confirmation number to pick up @ guest services.

Was surprised to be able to save them to file & print them. Not sure if they are 'real' - they do have a bar code on them - or if I'll need to stop @ guest services.

Even more surprised to see the party tix automatically listed in MDE.

I decided to upload old non-expiry tix to use this upcoming trip. I had enough to cover our trip, including the party date - yea! However, I think we'll take a pool day pre party & save the last day on the tix for another time & only use the party tix, entering @ 4pm.

Confused as to the convention wisdom on the process to enter the park to make sure the day isn't deducted from the tix now linked to my account?

Not sure if I hand the MNSSHP print-at-home tix to guest services outside or proceed directly to gate/turn style?

I'm a worrier. Probably will stop @ guest services in the park to double check the tix to make sure all the days are still there once we enter.

Thank you. I am also hoping against hope they will allow you to have multiple park FP+ selections if you have park hopper but I am not holding my breath.

To probe further, if you were using a park ticket at another park (or even MK) for the day of the party, would one get three FPs for that ticket and anotehr three at MK from 4 to 7 for the MNSSHP ticket? This is just a matter of curiosity for me, but I imagine folks might want to know.

Can someone who has a party ticket AND a regular ticket try and book 6 FPs? 3 before 4pm and 3 after 4pm and let us know? :)

I think this has been answered, but just to reiterate....nope. I tried last year when the system had many more loopholes and I was only able to get my three with my hopper and none with my party ticket. I tried 3 times (3 separate parties) to no avail. That said, I guess you can trick the system by putting your party tickets into a separate MDE account and making them lone tickets, so you would get 3 from each account, but that just seems silly to me personally.

That's my concern too. I did will call but it didn't give me an option to print out a ticket. I'm going to try to get a paper ticket when I'm there so I don't have to use my magicband to get into MNSSHP.

This is my experience last year with MVMCP.....we did not have actual tickets for the party---they were only on magic bands. I was paranoid it would pull one of my regular ticket days instead of the party ticket. The CM at the entrance assured me that it would know the difference; I held my breath and walked through and it worked. The green Mickey head somehow knew we were going to the party. Not saying that a SNAFU couldn't happen (I love that word/acronym) but it did work for us last year. If I remember, they sometimes have a separate party entrance, so maybe this will only take party tickets?

The real question is if you had the correct number of park days on your tickets after your MNSSHP night. If you had park days and a MNSSHP ticket tied to MDX there isn't much doubt you were going to get green when you entered for MNSSHP. The green indication does not tell anything about which ticket MDX validated, especially between 4:00p and 7:00p.

Glad it appeared to work for you though. :goodvibes

I immediately selected the print at home option, went thru the WDW ticketing site instead of calling member services. had expected will call would pop up since they always have indicated in the past that it was only way as the ID had to be provided.

I selected the print tickets at home option when I purchased, but since I wasn't at home I didn't print right away. Are they supposed to be on my MagicBand? Or is there another way I can print them from the site?

So, follow-up to my previous question about ability to use hard-ticket for MNSSHP instead of our MBs to reduce likelihood of the gate deducting a day from our NE tickets instead of the party-ticket...

The hard tickets came today. They are the generic green cards with a character on them. They look just like the cards we were given in March when our MBs wouldn't work at AK. And they are listed on the MDE site along with our MBs, other green cards, and old KTTW cards. When I click on the card to "manage" it, it just lists it as an "Admission Card". And of course it says at the top of that page that any of these cards and bands can be used interchangeably...

So now I'm wondering if what they sent me wasn't really a "MNSSHP ticket", but just another card that links to my account, which of course has the MNSSHP entitlement on it. If that's the case, using the card won't make it any less likely that a day will get deducted from my NE tickets. Any insights? Are they not sending specific party tickets now, just cards linking to the MDE account? Or are they just lumping the party tickets with the others on the MDE site without including their specific information?

I guess I will try to ask the CM before I scan my band or card if there is any way they can verify which ticket is being used.

That sounds the same as every other MVMCP or MNSSHP we have ever gotten. If there was an invoice with those cards for MNSSHP tickets, then I think you're safe to assume they are party tickets.

On MDE my MNSSHP tix indicate they are for the party. Over each ticket it reads Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, also on the invoice the hard tickets are attached to it also indicates the tix are for MNSSHP.

Thanks, that makes me feel a little better. The last party we went to was the Pirate & Princess one, the cards that we got for it had Pirate Mickey and Princess Minnie with the party logo. So there was no doubt as to what they were! But of course that was long before MBs and MDE anyway.

On MDE my MNSSHP tix indicate they are for the party. Over each ticket it reads Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, also on the invoice the hard tickets are attached to it also indicates the tix are for MNSSHP.

The invoice said they were MNSSHP but there is nothing on the ticket or MDE to indicate that. The only way I can tell them apart from the ones we already have is by the ticket numbers.

Which, I was annoyed to see, were not identified by person anywhere on the cards or paperwork that came with them. Had to do some digging on MDE to figure which ticket went with which person.

I guess I just won't worry about it, as long as they get us into the party, I'll sort out any mistakes with the tickets after the fact. With enough phone calls and emails if course, lol!

Question for those of you who have already booked MNSSHP FPs - are the times available only 4-7 when we're booking online? Does the system automatically do that, or did you have to search around for times that worked within that window?
