I just checked my eticket for MNSSHP

although I booked for 23 oct. and my confirmation email says 23 oct. I noticed that the date on the etickets was 26 oct.

just mailed disney about this issue

Am I the only one ? (guess not since the issue was also reported on the strategies forum)

Can you check your tickets if you already bought them ?

I've just had the exact same thing happen. Booked for the 23rd, it said the 23rd, email said the 23rd. E ticket says the 26th!

I've sent an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com and got an automated reply stating that it would take up to 10 business days to get an answer.

If my initial date can't be restored, I'll need to make some changes to my planning, including ADR change and all (and 10 days is a long time when you're on a planning spree :) )

I might call, but I fear that both email and phone call might get things even more mixed up.

In the event of someone calling Disney on that issue, thank you for letting us know

did you call ?

Edit : just received a reply from Disney

Update on above:

Link still doesn't work. I rang Disney and they said they are aware there's a problem but not to worry.

The man on the phone said lots of people can't print their tickets because of computer reasons etc even before this issue so the steps are the same if it's not corrected by then.

Print off your confirmation email.

Take your passport and card you paid for the tickets with.

Hand them to guest services on the day you're supposed to attend and they'll let you in no problem :D

Thanks for sharing information. I went to my email confirmation to print off our etickets because I did not print them the day I purchased them however the link to print them does not work. So I sent an email to them but after reading this sounds like I can just print out my email confirmation along with my credit card and we should be good. I will await their reply also. :)

oh , OP here,... seems I forgot to update this too. (I did update on another thread though)

After quite some email going back and forth, I made my point very clear that there was no way I would go to Will Call or to Guest Relations. I stated very clearly and firmly that if I chose e-tickets in the first place it was because I had chosen the convinience of having my tickets with me without needing to wait in any kind of line. And that I demanded that actual tickets be sent to me free of charge.

A few days later I received another receipt with an "express shipping" charge to $0

3 days later, a UPS truck stopped in front of the house and had a nice packet from Lake Buena Vista with my MNSSHP tickets inside

(the irony is that since then, I ordered tickets for another MNSSHP and to avoid any further fuss I chose Will Call ... so I'll eventually need to go to guest relations, but don't tell the Mouse :) )

I'm sorrry to hear that things have not been simple as they should when dealing with Disney. I am waiting on a response from them as my eticket will not print... the link does not work at all. I also will be asking them to mail me a hard copy if they can not send a link that works.

I agree that we should not have to wait at Will Call for tickets. I have purchased tickets on Sea World Orlando's website and Universal and have had no issues with etickets. I am kinda surprised that Disney would have issues like this. But as long as they address the issues promptly then they will still remail my favorite.
