MNSSHP eateries?

For future planning, does anyone know / remember what restaurants are open during MNSSHP? Both sit-down and counter service are of interest.

I know for sure Cosmic Rays is open for counter service and Liberty Tree for table service.

We ate at Tony's last year.

We also had Funnel Cake at the shop right across from the Christmas Shop, Sleepy Hollow, it is right by the bridge from the castle to Liberty Square.

Just remembered that I am certain Casey's was open too.

Thank you all..... I appreciate it. I'm one of those that has my week completely planned out (at least activity for the day and where we are eating. Makes the trip far less stressful).

Anyone know if Pecos Bills was open? My daughter loves taco salads and as I see it that place is the only source.

We ate as Cosmic Rays during one of the parties. They were open but they had a limited menu, just burgers, hotdogs, and chicken nuggets. No chicken or ribs.
