MNSSHP early entry and costume ???

Hi all -
2 questions:

1- Just want to confirm that early entry on the hard ticket is 4PM, correct?
My parents have tickets for the party only and are joining us as soon as they can get in. We have reservations at BOG at 4pm, so I want to know if they can get in a smidge early or not.

2- I assume that if you can enter at 4pm, you can be in costume at 4pm, correct?
I know that has always been the case in the past, but with all the new rules, I just want to confirm. I can't imagine that you could enter, but then would have to change into your costume later in the evening. But you can never be too careful!

1 - Odds are they will not be let in much early than 3:45 and even that is random and can't be counted on. Have them there by 3:30 pm so they can get through security and be up front so they are first to go through scanners. There are scanners for party tickets only (usually on right). I suggest to go to check in at BOG right at 4 pm, tell them your parents are making their way there and it should be fine.

2 - Yes, costumes fine.
