MNSSHP discount ticket question

Can I(DVC member) purchase discounted MNSSHP tickets for my family if I will not be there with them. Had anyone done this. Call MS and order before and have them pick them up? thank you for any help.

I think you have to show your member ID and photo ID to pick them up. I don't think you could order them in someone else's name.

thank you that is what I thought...we were supposed to be there but I have a health problem and I think we are going to have to cancel our ressie but they are still going.

The regular advance purchase price is only $3 more than the AP/DVC advance purchase price. They could still save $7 per ticket by purchasing in advance.

Is it too late to have them delivered? You are allowed to buy for up to a certain number of guests. I bought them for my DSis, but I picked them up in person and mailed them to her.

Disney's policy is that AP & DVC discounted event tickets are will call only. You have to show your dvc membership card or AP depending on which was used to get the discount when tickets are picked up at WDW.

Thank you for all the replies...you are right it is not that big a difference...I just was going and now I am not but they can just buy ahead and get some discount. Maybe I will still get to go.
