Hi!

DH, DD (6) & I are planning to attend MNSSHP on October 19.
I understand that in prior years there was a dinner add-on feature available for LTT. How does this work? Because it's a special event and I'd be adding a dining feature will I make a PS for LTT when I call to purchase my MNSSHP tickets? Or, do I have to wait 60 days out?

Thanks!

Debbie

Last year they accepted PS at LTT when you ordered your MNSSHP tickets - can't remember when they were released. Anyways, I read about it here and the CM didn't even know about it when I asked. This isn't an add on to your tickets. They just accepted your PS before the 60 day window.

Emy's Mom hope you don't mind if I add on a question. I'm new to MNSSHP too. :) We're planning on going the 30th or 31st.

Is the LTT dinner themed for Halloween? Are there other sit-down dinners available MNSSHP nights? What time do the dinners start? Thanks for any information! :)

Last year LTT was the only restaurant offering PS during the party. They had openings at 5 and up for dinner as I recall. I had to take a 5:40 and I booked right on the first day!! Yes, the characters were dressed up in Halloween costumes and the waitstaff even had full make-up on - kind of scarey looking I thought. Our server was great, he went along with his role for our entire meal - totally serious - kind of like the CMs at Haunted Mansion. Very fun meal - regular dinner menu, LTT itself not decorated as I recall.

We ate at Crystal Palace in 2001---that was the only restaurant taking PS. I remember having to call 60 days out to get a 5:45 ressie. I would like to eat at whatever restaurant is open this year...does anyone else have any details?

Not quite sure how it works.......

Does MK close and then reopen for MNSSHP or do they just ask people without tickets to leave ?

The park does close - supposedly - and you are supposed to leave unless you have PS in the park. I saw a lot of people wandering around though... I am pretty sure LTT was it last year - maybe Crystal Palace was open too??? or was it closed for refurb? confused now...

Thanks for the replies. I realized I posted this in 'resorts' instead of 'restaurants' and tried to delete it. I also re-posted in 'restaurants'.

Can't wait for MNSSHP!!!

I was also thinking of taking my two DD's to this. When do the tickets usually go on sale? And do we have any idea what nights are they going to be on?

Last year 4 of us (adults) went to MNSSHP. We had our tickets. One in our group didn't have an AP -- just day passes.
Times leftover for LTT were bad. So we all ate at Kona Cafe (Good! :) ) and rode the monorial over. We arrive about 20 till seven (party started at 7) and got right in.
Had a GREAT time!

Last year we left the park at 3:30 or 4 and had planned on resting and going back for party at 7. We were told they wouldn't let people in until 7. Kids ended up staying asleep. We didn't go to the party.

They were letting people in at 4:00 when we were leaving. We planned all wrong.

This year we aren't doing anything during the day and then having dinner-probably at Kona and getting there about 6:30. If they aren't letting people in early we will just find something to do for a while.

Tickets are currentlly for sale through disney...If you want ressies at LTT make them now....last year I waited a few weeks and all the times prior to 7pm where gone....

The do let you in early if you have your ticket...we got there about 1 hr early...

Tickets are currently on sale?

I called Disney today and was told they weren't on sale yet and they couldn't tell me when they would be. I spoke to a CM at CRO - maybe that was the problem?

Should I call a different number besides 407-WDW-INFO?

Thanks,
Debbie

I called CRO today and confirmed the dates of MNSSHP that have been posted on this site. The CM confirmed my dates, but said tickets were not on sale and didn't think they would be until 3 months prior (July). I asked who should I call to purchase these tickets and she said the number that I called to reach her (CRO #).

Yes, it was posted on a different thread that people have already bought tickets!

Yep! Got my tickets for October19! Yeah!!

Now I just need to figure out about dinner-add on . . .

Debbie

As far as I know they are not taking dinner add-ons for LTT. Think that you will need to ring 60 days out. Thats what I'm going to do.
