MNSSHP dates? (Sorry, search function down)

Historically, what days is MNSSHP usually? Our trip is Thurs Oct 21, to Mon Oct 25. What is the possibility of hitting the party?

And another question--You can wear a costume right? We were in DL last Halloween and no costumes were allowed.

I attended on Oct 5, I'd say maybe 50% of kids and about 20% of adults had costumes on. A few more adults had a halloween t-shirt on, as we did.

I think your dates will hit some parties, especially Friday night.
