MNSSHP date choice

We arrive at Disney World (staying at BLT) on Tuesday October 27th in the afternoon and plan to attend MNSSHP on our trip. Our question is of the two MNSSHP days are available for us - Tuesday Oct. 27th or Saturday Oct. 31, when should we go?

Halloween night sounds fun, but we are concerned about the crowds. How crowded is the Magic Kingdom on Halloween night?

If this is your first MNSSHP definitely go on 10/27. We have tickets for 10/31 only because we have been several times and DH realy wanted it as a goal for this trip. You will have a much better time going in the middle of the week. Oct 31 is always a sell out and I would definitely go ahead and get my tickets--I purchased ours last Thursday evening. I had planned on us going 10/29 but they took that date and 11/01 away last week. So we will only get to go once this trip....dang...you will have a terrific time--enjoy.

The best view for the Headless Horseman is near Liberty Square near the wooden bridge--hopefully you will get to see him rear the horse up on his back legs----very cool!!

Now that there are fewer dates, don't you think the 27th will be just as busy
I guess the other upside of going on the 27th is it will be $48 cheaper for our family of 4(now adults).

We went to MNSSHP on the 28th of October last year and it was CRAZY busy! Just be forewarned that the entire week prior to Halloween will be packed.

The kids did the Haunted Pirate Cruise from the Poly too and they had fun. I was amiss though because I didn't have anything to do for the 2 hours I waited for them to be done... and I didn't want to leave the premeses, just in case.
