MNSSHP - Any Tips

Hello everyone! We've been to MNSSHP last year but because it was our first year, we probably missed some helpful hints. If anyone has been and has tips, we would love to get them. Ideas on best place to view fireworks and parade with little ones, any activities we shouldn't miss, etc. We will be bringing our DS(3) with us. Thank you for all the helpful hints.

The best spot to see fireworks is best explained by Robo's map which I don't have saved sadly. I myself have a tradition with my DD to sit in front of the castle, just her and I, but that isn't the best spot to see the fireworks since the castle blocks it. For Wishes, we stand on the curb facing the castle just beyond the little hub thing on the left. It gives us a great view. Near Casey's I think is a good spot too but I can't remember now what the map says. Maybe he'll show up with it!

Candy lines can be a beast so we usually just hop through Alice's which is located in Toon Town and go right down through that toward Space Mountain and collect candy lickety split. That way, we have some but don't miss the party.

Parade = Must Do! Be sure to get a spot early to see the Headless Horseman!

Villians mix and mingle is cute too. A nice way to see the Villians who we normally don't see. I think that's what it's called.

Dance Party. Go check it out. Stitch has been there when we've gone and it's adorable for the little kids!

Character meet and greets. Chose one or two you really want to get a pic with in costume. Mickey and Minnie, or whoever, because the lines can be very long and it takes a while to get through them since they change characters every so often with a small delay.

Dress up! Best part of the whole thing!
