I was wondering if the AP holders get to purchase tickets before anyone else or if we just get them at a discount?

Also we are taking a trip in October and my family has AP but my aunt who is going does not. Can we purchase her regular park hopper ticket at a lower price since we are AP holders?

So...yes, but not on the tickets you want for your aunt. And frankly, not much of a discount for those that do.

Select dates for MNSSHP & MVMCP will have Passholder pricing if purchased in advance. Tickets go on sale for everyone on the same date.

It is not much of a discount on any tickets, but better than nothing.

You just get a discount on certain nights. You don't get to buy them before anybody else. As was noted above, I think you only get the discount if you purchase the tickets in advance - not if you buy them on the same day.

As for the park hopper, AP holders do not get a discount on admission tickets for guests. But you could purchase her ticket through Undercover Tourist or another broker that might give a small discount.
