I read somewhere at the end of the night they roll out "fill your bag" stations where you simply fill up your bag on the way out. Is this true? If so I won't bother going through the ToT lines.

Yes, BUT it was on the way out and it was only Peeps. Inside the park TOT has a variety of candy. That was last year, not sure about this year.

Didn't see any fill your bag stations as such but there was definitely a huge increase in the amounts given out towards the end of the party

I have read before that once a CM opens a box to fill their stand then they need to give it all away so by the end this is what they are doing

One is provided but it's not very big. They're handing out better candy this year apparently. I'm considering just going to all the trick or treat stations LOADS and using the candy as our treats for the rest of the hol! Lol!
