MNSSHP and memory maker

We're planning to book for the 3 night 2 day pass with free memory maker deal. Our two days in the parks will be Mon and Wed at AK and DHS. On Tuesday we will be attending MNSSHP. Will there be photo opportunities during that time that can be applied to our memory maker without us having to use a park day. I'm so afraid that if they scan our magic band or however they do it that it will somehow use up one of our park days. Or if we decide to do CRT that it will use a park day from our 2 day pass. Any experience with this? Obviously we are first timers Thanks!

No, it doesn't work that way. You will be fine! A lot of people only go to the parties on a certain day so you are not alone with that. With the full roll out of MDE by this fall, it is likely you will scan your band to get into the park for the party anyway (party ticket will also be on your band). Only time will tell though if they will have that aspect running in full by party time.

If you notice my siggie, we are going to our 5th annual this year and we always got o two or three each trip! It is the best thing Disney does! You'll love it!

Oh wow! You must be a pro then! People say how expensive it is, but it's less than a single day park admission and if you get there at 4:00 then you still get a solid 8 hours of park time which is more than enough for us!

Could you just get a photopass card on the MNSSHP day? (Not sure how Memory makers work.) That might ease your mind that a park day wasn't being used if they scanned your bands.

Well the PDAs have no way of using a park ticket. To the scanner, a MagicBand is just a PhotoPass id you wear on your wrist. It really has no way of debiting a park ticket.
