MNSSHP and Fastpasses

If you don't want to use a day of your regular park tickets on the day that you have a MNSSHP ticket are you able to pre-book fastpasses from 4-6?

In previous years, mostly yes. It could always change. Be prepared to lose those FP+ ahead of time in case Disney emails you.

Maybe. Some people have done that and received emails indicating their last day of FPs would be cancelled. It's a crapshoot really.

You can but I would make them the last ones to be booked. The last couple years they have been sending emails out advising that you don't have enough tickets to cover and to fix or they will be cancelling your last day FPs, I myself received this email last year. I ended up just cancelling the ones on party day and then waiting a week to readd them and nothing happened. Not everyone received an email though.

You can. (you have to make sure you book all the days on your regular ticket and then book your party day)
However its possible that you'll be "flagged" and the last day of your FP+ could be deleted.
I have a theory that it happens if you contact Disney for any reason after making FP+ but before your trip.
AKA last year I booked my trip at about 31 days out so I booked and immediately booked my FP+.
Then I called Disney to set up DME. Then I got an email saying my last day of FP+ would be deleted.
Some have had luck getting them back but I did not.
I learned from that so my December trip when I was going to MVMCP I made sure to book my FP+ and not contact Disney for any reason and they were left alone.
