Two part strategy question...suggestions and advice appreciated!

I am attending the 10/10 MNSSHP and here is my plan:

3:45 - Dinner @'Ohana
5pm - Arrive MK & Pick-up Wristbands
5-7pm - Rides (whatever has low wait), but end at HM at 7pm
7:15pm - Cadaver Dans
7:30 - Haunted Mansion Desserts @ Storybook Treats and Auntie Gravity's
8pm - Spot for Entertainment @ Hub
8:15 - Hocus Pocus
8:35 - Jack Skellington Dessert @ Sleepy Hollow
9:15pm - Boo to You Parade
9:35 - Pumpkin Cheesecake Dome @ Main St. Bakery
10:15 - Hallowishes
10:35 - Merch @ Emporium

Once I've got a spot at the Hub, DBF and I will take turns getting treats, etc. Character Meet n' Greets and Trick or Treating isn't important to me at all. We have to up early next day to get to AK...I plan to be there at 7am, so staying until midnight at MNSSHP isn't ideal. Luckily, we can hop on the monorail back to Poly after. But that's why I'm trying to get entertainment done earlier and if we are up to it, will stay later.

Ok, next...EP F&W. I've dedicated three afternoons and one evening to it. The three afternoons I've split up the booths and plan to pick-up our favorites for the evening before we watch Illuminations. I would appreciate any advice on the order for the following booths we'd like to hit:

Day One - Craft Beers, Flavors from Fire, Active Eats, Coastal Eats, The Chocolate Studio, The Cheese Studio, The Wine and Dine Studio, Islands of the Caribbean, New Zealand

Day Two - Australia, The Almond Orchard, Hawaii, Farm Fresh, Greece, Mexico, China, Africa, Spain, Italy

Day Three - Canada, Scotland, Ireland, France, Brazil, Belgium, Morocco, Japan, and Hops & Barley

I've tried to put them in consecutive order so we aren't running around back and forth, but I know some booths are more popular than others.

Thank you!!

Just two observations. Are you planning on riding HM at 7 pm? If so, just know the line will probably be quite long. You may want to get there a little earlier.

Where do you plan on watching Boo to You? It will not be down Main St. by 9:35. You will obviously see it earlier if you are in Liberty Square, but then you'll need to plan your route to get to Main St. Bakery.

I would like to ride HM at some point before 8pm, so we can wait until closer to that time so crowds get lower.

BTY at 9:15, so we would go to Main St. Bakery, either me or him, whenever it ends before Hallowishes. Rather than watch in Liberty Square, I rather in the Hub so we can stay in one spot for all entertainment, rather than relocate.
